Before your session

  1. Don't tire them out

Please don't over-exercise your dog beforehand. Most pet dogs should arrive fresh. High-energy dogs that can handle a bit of exercise are fine.

  2. Come hungry

We train with food, so your dog needs to be hungry. Morning session: don't feed that morning. Afternoon session: skip the morning feed. Evening session: give only half the morning feed.

  3. No play beforehand

Skip the games before you come. Save that energy for training.

  4. What to bring

A flat collar and a lead. Bring whatever you have — I have my own equipment on site and will suggest better gear if needed. No need to buy anything in advance.

  5. Keep the field clean

If your dog goes to the toilet on the field, please pick it up and use the bins provided. That's what they're there for. Take all your rubbish home with you. Thanks!

  6. Close the gates

Please keep all gates closed at all times so no dog wanders off.
